Talent Hunting
Talent Hunt is a practical HR program focused on helping participants understand how to identify, attract, assess, select, and successfully onboard the right talent for an organisation. The program takes participants through the recruitment journey—from defining what a role truly requires and finding suitable candidates, to conducting effective interviews, making informed hiring decisions, and creating an onboarding experience that helps new employees settle in and perform effectively. Through practical discussions, scenarios, and exercises, participants will learn how to look beyond CVs and qualifications to recognise skills, potential, attitude, culture fit, and long-term value. By the end of the program, participants should be better equipped to make confident hiring decisions and build an onboarding process that turns new hires into productive, engaged members of the team.
